Where do we ship

Free Shipping to all European countries using DHL EXPRESS. We also ship outside Europe, but for now the shipping cost is 24.99€. In the near future we expect to offer FREE Shipping Worldwide. 

European shipping time is 1-2 working days – DHL EXPRESS 

Rest of the World shipping time is 4-5 working days – DHL EXPRESS

Can I change the address for my order?

We process our orders very quickly after receiving them, so there is not enough time to change your address on the website. What you can do is write us an email at [email protected] and we will be more than pleased to assist you with your problem.

How can I track my order?

It’s quite simple. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email which includes the tracking information. We ship only through DHL, so all you have to do is enter their website and fill out the tracking information of your package to check its status.

How long until I receive my package?

Once we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped to you within 1-2 business days. If your package doesn’t arrive within 4-6 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected].

How can I cancel my order?

Returns and Refunds

For orders made on our website:

1. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Form to complete and send back to us. The form must be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we’re not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.

3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to process a refund.

4. Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

How long does the battery last?

We use a high-performance lithium-ion battery that lasts for up to 6 hours of use for one charge.

What are the benefits of percussion therapy?

Extensive research is being done every day on this matter. Here’s what has been proven until now:

– Decreases muscle soreness & stiffness

– Hydrates tissue

– Improves stretching ability

Under what circumstances is it not safe for me to use a percussion therapy device?

Please do not use the OVEOFIT percussion device, or any vibration device without first obtaining approval from your doctor if any of the following apply: pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear of pacemakers, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, recent joint replacement or IUD’s, metal pins or plates or any concerns about your physical health. Frail individuals should be accompanied by an adult when using the percussion device.

These contra indications do not mean that you are not able to use a percussion device, but we advise you to check with your doctor before use. Ongoing research is being done to the effects of percussive devices for specific medical disorders. This will be likely to result in the shortening of the list of contra indications as shown above. Practical experience has shown that integrations of percussive devices into a treatment plan is advisory in a number of cases. This must be done on the advice of a doctor, specialist or physiotherapist.

How can I use the massage heads?

All 9 massage heads are specially designed to get the best results for each muscle group:

Ball – Great for overall use. You can apply it on large and small muscle groups.

Cushion – Specially designed for sensitive areas. You can apply it on wrists, ankles, knees, traps and all around the neck area.

Flat top – Perfect for larger muscle groups. You can apply it on quads, hamstrings, back and chest.

Bullet – Designed for more complex muscle groups. Apply it on trigger points found in glutes, hips, traps, shoulders etc.

Fork – Great for larger muscle groups. Apply it on biceps, forearms, calves and ankles (Achilles area).

Large Ball – Just like the regular ball massage head, it is perfect for overall use. Choose between these two, depending on your muscle size.

Thumb – Designed especially for more complex muscle treatment. Apply it on trigger points and the lower back area.

Pointer – Perfect for pinpoint muscle treatment. Apply it on trigger points, hands and feet included.

Wedge – Perfect for decreasing the amount of lactic acid in the muscles. Apply it on shoulder blades, biceps, forearms, IT bands, quads and calves.
